Processing Time for Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

After being handed over to the courier, the delivery time is between 5 - 10 business days. Packages are shipped with DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the destination country.

In case of high order volume, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 4 days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Artevive is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Artevive is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, and Australia.

In rare cases, orders in some countries may be held by customs and additional import fees may apply.

Covid-19 Information

Please note that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipment and receipt of urgent and necessary medical supplies. This may result in your package being held by the shipping company for a longer period, leading to extended waiting times and delays. We appreciate your understanding as this is beyond our control.
